iLula Facilitation
iLula is an international initiative that aims to change the way we design and facilitate workshops, learning experiences and spaces. At the core of its mission is the commitment to cultivate collaboration, empathy, safer environments, and inclusive learning spaces.
iLula was born out of an exciting collaboration between Engage South Africa and the Swiss organisation Step Into Action to make workshop design and facilitation easily accessible to organisations and individuals who are committed to creating effective engagements and learning spaces.
Together, we have 20+ years of experience and expertise in the development and facilitation of educational content, transformational trainings and transformative dialogues for youth and adults alike – expertise that we want to share.
