my.initiative is a 6-session civic engagement programme that helps young leaders develop their own youth-led initiatives or projects.
Programme content:
- Developing a team & team structures
- Defining initiative topics and reach
- Mapping community assets & engaging stakeholders
- Developing initiative action plans
- Teamwork and conflict management
- Communication and initiative presentation
Participant groups are accompanied and mentored by their programme facilitators throughout their implementation journeys.
