my.voice Alumni Network

The my.voice Alumni Network is a platform designed for youth who have completed a my.voice programme or workshop and would like to stay connected and engaged.
It offers alumni a participatory network where they can:
- practice and strengthen their leadership skills
- gain access to relevant educational and professional opportunities
- develop communication, collaboration and post-school readiness skills
- network with other alumni and connect across different communities and provinces
- drive youth-led community initiatives
- learn to organise in a democratic structure
The my.voice Alumni Network was started in 2022 to sustain the civic participation of our alumni over time, support their skills-development and connect them to relevant educational and professional opportunities. It currently has 241 members who are organised in the following 5 hubs: Cosmo City, Kagiso and Soweto (Gauteng), eMalahleni (Mpumalanga) and Kimberly (Northern Cape).
